Completed transition of three e-commerce websites to the Salesforce Platform on time and on budget. Updated the UI/UX. Conversion rates are at highest levels.
Worked with consultants to build out new design systems, using Figma and extensive group of components to ensure consistency across all three brands: Blair, Appleseed’s, and Damon’s & Drapers.
Overhauled the check-out process to lead the consumer through a simplified, streamlined series of steps to eliminate impediments in placing orders.
Rapidly prototype solutions with Figma via user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Created new loyalty/rewards program to drive increased sales and more frequent returns per customer. Registered users have passed 500k and they are now our most valuable customer.

Linked data on the agent, their clients, stock market information, news, training, and marketing materials as a one-stop shop for 2100 agents nationwide.
Drove outcomes in collaboration with developers, product managers and sales leaders to define requirements for enhancements and new tools that resulted in new product sales.
Utilized Microsoft Project to project-manage timelines, task completions, and dependencies for the Voya Retirement Journey iPad app. The project launched on time and budget to 2100 financial advisors.
